NaanDanJain develops irrigation technologies with an eye on the environment
NaanDanJain Agro-technical department
NaanDanJain respects nature’s treasures. Throughout the development, design and manufacture of our products, economical and efficient water management is a priority and water conservation is a guideline.

NaanDanJain's flexible irrigation technologies - together with its team of creative design engineers - enable ecologically-friendly irrigation and fertilization, minimizing damage to the environment.

NaanDanJain is involved in irrigation projects around the world in which the issue of recycled waste water is a major ecological and agrotechnical challenge. NaanDanJain’s own fields and orchards serve as a perfect large-scale testing site for the use of effluent. Runoff water from greenhouses is recycled to irrigate greenhouse crops, saving precious water and preventing runoff fertilizer from polluting the groundwater.

Working together with Israel's Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development, and with the aim of conserving water, NaanDanJain developed a micro-sprinkler system for irrigation of orchards in the 70s. This method was received enthusiastically by growers around the world, and is now a common irrigation method.

Dust suppression and fire protection are also issues that are addressed by NaanDanJain’s agronomists, and giant-sprinkler systems have been designed and installed around the world for these purposes.

NaanDanJain has demonstrated that the challenge of achieving viable economical agricultural produce can be fulfilled while preserving ecological values, and is committed to continue its efforts to protect the environment.
